I'd rather not.
But if you want to exercise your right hand and walk your third leg, then feel free! |

This web site is about F-16s and related subjects, aviation, ect… I don't think it is appropriate to mix immature vulgar or explicit language with this site. If you feel the need or compulsion to use such language, perhaps go to a message board that has a different venue, such as a porn site, South Park, ect…
I applaud the mods for not letting this forum turn into a "house of flame" and a "den of iniquity".
There are sometimes some words slip by, I think sometimes that's OK.
Often it is not the words themselves that are bad it is how they are used.
I can forgive someone that lets an occasional word slip, if they need to vent or express. However I am against the casual use (overuse), abuse, extreme filth and just plain filth.

Are we doing it for the kids?
This site may not be oriented for kids, however it would be nice to keep it reasonably appropriate for kids. It would be a shame to restrict kids from this site, just so people could be more abusive and vulgar.

Is this a christian site?
That's bigoted. Christians are not the only people that are offended by inappropriate language. Virtually all religions are against cursing and vulgarity. Many agnostics and atheists are also against cursing and vulgarity.

I'd like to express myself!
You are free to express yourself, however if you feel the need or compulsion to curse or use vulgarities, please find some other venue.
Even countries that have guaranteed rights, there are limits. The freedom of speech does not give a person the right to falsely yell fire in a crowded theater. The freedom of speech (protest) does not give a person the right to come on to my property at three o'clock in the morning and start yelling with a blow horn. The right to assembly and speech does not give a Greenpeace the right to interfere with a football game by running out in the field with banners in the middle of a televised game. The freedom to pursue happiness, does not include the right to infringe on other people's rights. Freedom to pursue happiness does not guarantee child molestation, murder, rape, theft, ect…
I'm all for freedom of speech as long as it does not infringe on other peoples rights.
It's not even legal everywhere to cuss publicly. This canoeist was ticketed and convicted of cursing in public, however the conviction was overturned.
The cursing canoeist.

That's one of those "sleeper" films that is just hysterical....its one of my favorite Michael Keaton movies next to Gung Ho.
"You fargin' iceholes!.....sneeeegy bastages!"
I said that at work a while back, and my 22 year old partner looked at me like I had 3 heads....sigh. |

I agree, and I think that most of us have proven that we can still be pretty immature even without it...
