Job description:
Employees will conduct training for F-16CJ four-ship flight lead, package commander and large force employment (to include academics, simulator, and positional training); instructs weapon system academic training (WSAT), classroom computer-based training (CBT), and specialized mission briefings. Works directly with Operational Support Squadron representatives scheduling F-16CJ MTC events. Serves as mission full capable instructor: (Exception, will not instruct live missions or sim/live evaluations). Support F-16CJ "Wild Weasel Mission Training Center (MTC) developing, updating and maintaining PACAF exercise simulation scenarios.
Qualifications:
(1) Operational flight experience within previous 3 years unless currently performing similar aircrew instruction duties.
(2) A minimum of 1000 primary fighter hours.
(3) A minimum 500 hours fight time in a specific weapon system to instruct in.
(4) 200 hours instructor time (AF Specialty code with a K prefix).
(5) F-16CJ Block 50 Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD) experience.
(6) Final DoD SECRET clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
(1) USAF Weapons School graduate.
(2) F-16 CCIP experience.
(3) Experience as an academic platform instructor and/or training device instructor.

Knowledge of depot operations and/or commercial/military maintenance inspection program. A degree in mechanical, electrical / aerospace engineering and military experience a plus. Domestic and International travel if required. Foreign language skills.
Have a minimum of 10 - 14 years experience in the areas of engineering or aviation industry, specifically in supporting testing/instruct and services to the U.S. Government and/or foreign militaries and possess the following skills:
Comprehensive PILOT 3.519/ F-16, C-130 /F-22, F-5 platform, system, sub-assembly, and detail part knowledge
Thorough knowledge of F-16, C-130/F-15,T-38 VIPER INSTRUCTOR
Drawing Interpretation & Bill of Material Preparation
Customer OEM/relations
Statement of Work Development
