Never say ALL. The -15 has two red lights in the wing roots on both the left and right sides. I always thought it was goofy. Still has red and green on the tips but the root lights are red. They are anti-collision rather than nav but the location still seems off.

Well yes, the ones on the -15 are anti-collision, like you say, they just happen to be red, just like the ones on the top of the fin on the Tornado. But sure enough, the Tornado has wingtip and intake nav lights that are red and green I just say all, because if there's one aircraft out there that doesn't, and has them backwards,it could be a safety hazard, ya know. I'd hate to be flying at night, see a red and green nav light set and think it's going away from me, only to find out it's coming AT me!
