Hey guys,

I was just looking at the pay charts and had a question. Is a USAFA grad considered to have 4 years experience? Just wondering, thanks

Nope. But those 4 years (5 if he went to prep school) count toward longevity ribbons (ribbon or device awarded for every 4 years of service). It's possible that they can accumulate leave at the zoo and carry it over per the same rules as the rest of us.
