Are you talking about ground support equipment? Hydraulic servicing carts and hydraulic test stands (mules)? That belongs to AGE (Aerospace Ground Equipment) flight. They also maintain electrical power units, powered/non-powered maintenance stands, tow bars, etc. That's how the USAF does it anyway...

Not sure what you mean by "characters ald labels". Seems like the AGE equipment would be part of the package that comes with the F-16's.

And what about a capacity of hydraulic system, liquid oxygen system (does F-16 get liquid oxy ?), high-pressure system and nitrogen system (does it need nitrogen anyway?) What are the capacities?

Not sure about total capacity of hydraulic fluid... say maybe 7 gallons with reservoir and lines full.

LOX is 5 litres.
Clean nitrogen for Emergency Power Unit. (3000psi)
Regular nitrogen for other systems and tires.(300-3000psi)

Capacities are bottles and accumulators that aren't very large. Maybe a litre or two.

We use gaseous nitrogen but many units use liquid nitrogen carts.

Also there is a self generating nitrogen cart that uses regular atmospheric air (best way I can explain it) to generate nitrogen.

I would hope that you have a Lockheed Martin Technical Representative that could assist you in your needs.
