Here are a link to a side with 4 where nice pictures of this 2 F16's here in 2 anniversary colours tail's.

It is F16A us:91-0062 RTAF:10313 with 24 anniversary service tail with 103 sqn.

and

it is F16A ADF us:81-0703 RTAF:10213 with 10 years of service tail with 102 FIS.

If someone has a picture of the entire aircraft #10313 with the anniversary scheme, that would be great.
