Something a day shifter would say-"LSD it." Let Swings Do it!
Refering to day shift as "Day ladies."
If someone had a stuck screw yell, "Hit it with your purse!"
Pilots are referred to side stick actuators! Especially when they leave swithches in the "OFF"icial position!

How about "Sgt. Skilcraft" the name given to that 0.9mm pencil they give you at the AMUs commonly reffered to when someone pencil whips something "Lemme just get ol' Sgt. Skilcraft out here." I obviously don't pencil whip though so I've never met Sg't Skilcraft

How about Brain Fart
Brain Fart?!?! I used to know what that was, but I forgot! lol
Oh, and I think that technically "Double Bubble" is a brand name like "Duck Tape", but that may have come about afterwords...
It's been a while since I read the first couple of pages, but is Ninja Bomb on here for when someone just up and disappears like in the old ninja movies?
Also heard/used Butt Plug for the exhaust cover.
Spoogie is any liquid or semi-solid left in the cockpit (besides in a piddle-pack) after the pilot leaves. I've also heard it used for the left over shaving cream on someones face if they don't get all of it wiped off.

Oh, and the Warm Spot is the left wheel well on a cold launch/ground run.
I heard the aftermath of a piddle pack explosion referred to as the Wet Spot, though. Poor brake rider....

Piddle pack is also called "a sandwich". As in "Hungry Chief? Wanna a sandwich?"
RTV: "The liquid nutplate"

When we get into the engines, the P&W powered birds have something on the core that's called the "Klingon Bracket"

I remember the Snoopy very well. I was an INS guy on F-4s and I spent a lot of time trying to get that damn right rear seat kick panel back on!
Just a couple related to aircraft forms.
CND - Could not duplicate Malfunction. Used this a lot.
SOBAC - Signed off by Air Crew. Loved this one!
R&R Stick Actuator - Always wanted to use it but never had the nerve!
By the way, Weapons Puke is very accurate. It stands for anyone who uses the phrase "We can't help launch jets becasue we can't break up a crew." Don't talk to me about specialists standing around doing nothing!

How 'bout "YGBSM" for "You Gotta Be Sh1ttin' Me!"
One I coined myself: Fighter Pilot: "Ego with Zippers"
"Monkey Sh1t"--sticky stuff you put inside your sockets so they would hold a bolt in them long enough for you to get 'em started way down deep in that hole in the bowels of the jet... was using that stuff until the day I retired.
