I'll think about that. The glow is a little bit too diffuse to get a sharp image. I'll look for differemt LEDs or some lens to get that fixed.

Gents,
A quick note about ACESII seats
The parachute container fabric starts out black and fades to green/gray with time. Your clue is if the metal portion of the container is black so should the fabric be, however if you are building a replica of a particular jet from photos, especially one currently in service, a black chute container with faded fabric would be very realistic.
Also, if the scale is large enough and you are making modifications...consider adding an actual pocket to the left side, on the fabric. Your kit is probably already molded with it. On the actual chute this pocket holds the parachute inspection log (AFTO Form 391)

Seat cushions are either sage green high-temp nylon or black shearling wool (at least US versions are)

I have no experience on A models so if the pic is historically accurate my apologies. Otherwise, beautiful detail.

Thanks for that. I strive to get as many photos of the individual jet I'm doing at the time I'm replicating. This usually tells me what color to paint the seat.

Jester,
Sweet Job!! Any updated Pics of the finished project? Would you be interested in doing a Blk 15 ADF for me? Let me know how much you would change if you would be interested.
Thanks
Magnum

Jester25,

How did you do the lettering around the instruments, especially the FCNP panel?

That is much finer than what is included with the kit. I'm doing the kit for my Dad, he helped create the the FCNP, and I would love to do that part of the cockpit as nice as possible.

Thanks,

Tom
