| I'm new to this forum and was looking for a ART postion, or just regular civilian one. i'm debating if I want to get out of the AF or stay in, I have till Jan. 06 to think about it. I have about 6 years experience on F-16 Fuel Cell. If anybody knows of any openings I'd greatly appreciate it. |

| Well the ANG and AFRES are always hiring Traditional fuel cell folks but full-time (ART/Technician) positions are usually much harder to come by. In most cases your best bet is to hook up with a unit and then bid into the full time slot. Just make sure you don't jump into a unit that's getting BRAC'ed. But with the BRAC there are a lot of full timers that won't follow the jets to a new city so you might be prime for a slot. One disadvantage of full time ANG/AFRES is that if you don't like your boss/coworkers you're going to be stuck with them for the next 10-20 years but in AD you have a chance every 3-4 to get people you like. |

| BTW - there are companies (civilian) that specialize in fuel cell work on airliners. Tiger AOG is one of them I think. |
