I noticed in a recent video from a Red Flag Alaska 2012 that the ANG 119 FS's Blk 30's now have the Bird Slicers on them.

When was this done? Looking at pics here on the site they didn't have them before. When did Block 30's start getting the slicers? and is this part of an overall upgrade process for older blocks coming up to the block 40/50 standard for the USAF?

Part of the CUPID mod (Combat Upgrade Plan Integration Details) done several years ago. Not sure but not all Block 3Xs got it. Only a select number of frames. And the jets that AC now flies were modded before they got there, I think.
