Someone help me out here. My name is William Chase Pierce, and I am hard up for the A-10. I am currently in afjrotc, and will be joining a local college afrotc detachment this fall. I know I'm going to be a jet jockey some day for the air force. I race motocross now and I need a good call sign to be painted onto my motocross helmet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have a bandit day.
Willie out. |

You'll get an appropriate call sign when the time comes . Take the guy who wanted to be called Ice so bad that he kept begging for it. Everyone decided he wasn't cool enough for that, so they called him slush instead! Have fun! |

I'llgive you my embarassing story. I was racing one day at a motorcross track, and it was my first race without my dad. Of course, my mom was with me. I tend to crash a lot so I always need someone available incase I get hurt.
I was out practicing and I noticed that my dad had gotten off work and was actually able to come out. I was so happy that I decided to show out for him and rail aroung the outside of a bowl corner. I did it too fast and I shot out of the corner right into a huge puddle of water. I crashed and my bike hit a cinder block. It dented the pipe. I kept skidding across the water. All the time my bill on my helmet was scooping up water into my face and I could barely breathe.
Everyone was laughing at me for months. That is my utmost embarassing moment. See what you can do with that.
lol. |

If you only knew the underlying complexities of getting a callsign... A "Naming Ceremony" is not to be toyed with by any means... It's as unpredictable as a cheap french woman.
FORTUNEATLEY, I have a Jack and coke in hand.... SO
Lets start with Azwheepeh? You'll find out the spelling when your nametag arrives!

| This is only for me to paint on my motocross helmet. I know I'll probably get a different one when I graduate pilot school. I need to know how to spell it so I can paint it onto my helmet. Thats really all I'm going to use it for. As for your spelling. lol. I'm not even sure how to pronounce that word. Is "as we pee" in the neighborhood. Help me on this one. |

Willie,
Please have a look at: - The I need a nick name/callsign thread and
- the Tactical callsigns article.
Perhaps you'll find some ideas there. |

After hearing about how he whipped out "Slider" just jumped out at me. Either that or "Rash".... short for "Road Rash"
Couple of Cu'ba Libre's down the hatch tonight for me too. |

Since you do something like motocross, I guess it's ok to give you an early nickname. Another kid came around here awhile back begging for a "call sign" Everybody ripped him a new @$$hole too.
If you crash like that, then we'll give you DUCK...as in "Lame..."
Keep in mind, if/when you get a callsign, it is usually something that you either won't like, or you got it for doing something stupid (ala, parrothead's SLUSH story.) Every now and again though, you'll get something cool, or funny, take for instance a pair of brothers that I knew, who happened to fly in the same squadron. Their last name was Himan (You already KNOW what's coming too)...
So, you had "Buster" Himan, and "Breaker" Himan. (You just can't top names like those! Everyone always thought those names were f*%&ing AWESOME!)
By all accounts, those names worked great in the bar too. They got more than one smile from a girl when they'd say "My name is Buster/Breaker Himan."
...While we're on the subject of drinking, you're all very familiar (or should be) with my exit by now...
Beers and MiGs were made to be pounded! (Hell, it's Friday, I might as well) |

After reading about the bit with the helmet, how about Scoop or Visor? Scoop wouldn't look too bad on a helmet . Also, after digging around in the dirt with your face, how about Hawg? |
