Apparently quite a few of the F-16.net forum members received spam messages from CombatEdge in their private message box.
We immediately blocked the offending account to prevent further harrasment of our members, and all private messages sent by this account have been removed automatically.
Spamming violates common "netiquette" and the F-16.net Forum Guidelines in particular. We find spamming unacceptable, and judging from the number of complaints we received about these spam messages, so do most people on F-16.net.
We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this might have caused.

I am a member of both our forums and Combat Edge. It is very difficult to see anomosity developing between the two sites. Our website is more technically oriented, while Combat Edge is a little political and can be somewhat techncial in nature at times. It is more news oriented involving all the services. It is of different nature. I am sure Ned has not meant to steal anyone from this site to go to theirs. Lets stop fighting over this.
Sometimes, you can post something on one site and not be able to say it on the other. |
