Turkey and Lockheed Martin signed the Turkish F-16 CCIP contract today. The contract value is about 1.1 billion dollars and covers 117 F-16's (Block-50 and Block-40) to be upgraded until 2012. Turkish Aerospace Industries(TAI) will be local company working as subcontractor to Lockheed. TAI and other Turkish companies secured 400 million $ subcontracting work from Lockheed...
