| I'm in San Diego for a few days, so I have to see the USS Midway Museum. It's also 9/11, and they had a memorial ceremony on-board today. My first time aboard a carrier, and even for a small carrier like the Midway, it is impressively large. The hangar deck had an interesting model of a modern carrier, the USS Gerald Ford I think, complete with some F-18s and F-35s on the deck, about a half dozen each. Oddly enough, all the F-35s were B models. Probably doesn't mean anything, just odd looking. |

You know how Marines are, always up to playing a joke on the sailors!
I smell a Marine at play!
Nice catch! |

Either that or (much like Hollywood) the Museum can't get it through their heads that there are three different versions.
