I cannot find any data on how many pilots have flown the F-22 since it started operations.
Do any of y'all have any unclass public source for that?

This source quotes "a total of some 200 F-22 pilots" but can't verify the number: http://rt.com/usa/news/f-22-us-oxygen-363/

The 200 figure is about the number of pilots assigned to F-22 squadrons in the USAF. I'm not sure if that number includes the ANG pilots who have flying duties in the F-22. There are more F-22 pilots, who are not currently assigned to squadrons. How often non-squadron pilots actually still fly, especially since the grounding, is a different story.

In one instance, i knew a former wing commander of a F-22 fighter wing and he flew F-15s until retiring from the USAF, well before the F-22 grounding.
