I often hear that F-22 pilots train once sometimes twice a day, but how many hours are they accruing over the course of a year? And are those numbers comparable to other legacy aircraft, like the F-15 and F-16?

| Depends on what the air force allocates for flying hours for that squadron. Also depends on deployments and exercises. Also depends on aircraft availability. |
