Nope, separate company.
Northrup Grumman developed the F-35's EODAS and Raytheon developed ADAS.
I hope they learn from the lessons of the F-35's HMD and address lag and vibration issues early. These are paramount when dealing with NOE helicopter ops, even more so than in an F-35.

| Previous work with helmet HMDs for choppers involved the syncing of the helmet to the gun. Now they need to "virtually" sync the IIR image to the helmet's movement, quite a bit more difficult. |
