Nope, separate company.

Northrup Grumman developed the F-35's EODAS and Raytheon developed ADAS.

I hope they learn from the lessons of the F-35's HMD and address lag and vibration issues early. These are paramount when dealing with NOE helicopter ops, even more so than in an F-35.

Don't they already do helmet displays with helicopters? You know, with the optical turret?

Previous work with helmet HMDs for choppers involved the syncing of the helmet to the gun. Now they need to "virtually" sync the IIR image to the helmet's movement, quite a bit more difficult.
