| This may be a stupid question but I have to ask... in the ANG, are there full time pilots or are they all just reserves? |

There are full time pilots... about 8 or so in an F-16 unit depending on manning, etc. Most of the ANG full timers are civil service dual status technicians (you have to be in the unit militarily), and others are Active Guard Reserve (AGRs). AGRs are basically on active duty.
The other pilots are drill status guardsmen (part-timers). I will admit, that part-timer is a misnomer... this is really their second job and they spend a lot of time here.
