News today, it seems Obama has pulled a political fast-one today as his administration reached a deal with Lockheed to avoid the issuing of LEGALLY REQUIRED layoff notices (due to upcoming sequestration) four days prior to the elections. An agreement was reached in which the white house offered to reimburse the company, AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE, the costs of any lawsuits that might result from employees not being given sufficient notice of termination.
