What is this fin above the tigers rudder (was it an rwr or what)? I see that the Taiwanese and south koren aircraft have them but the swiss tigers don't. Me and a buddy of mine need some help with an F-5E model we are building. Below i have links to pictures of the part in question. And what were those little finlets by the engine? Were they an rwr to?

The fin at the top of the rudder is the VOR/ILS antenna. Don't understand the second question?

On the second question if you are talking about the arrow shaped black things on the rear of the exhaust those are indeed RWR, one on each side.
