Who is the most senior/likely F-16 candidate?
http://hamptonroads.com.nyud.net/2012/0 ... er-wing-nc
I met then Maj Jeannie Flynn at Jaber in 1999 when the Bold Tigers replaced the Rams after Desert Fox. I asked her how she handled hopping over the ocean without a piddle pack and she answered "I dehydrate myself." She also may have had the first all female F-15E crew which is now all the rage. Her WSO was really cute |

Remember the wing/cc can come from any other fighter... LtCol Malachowski the first female thunderbird pilot flies F-15Es but had a tour in the F-16.. so down the road she has the possibility of commanding an F-16 wing. |

Having survived Washington D.C. LtCol Malachowski is assigned as Commander, 333th FS, Seymour Johnson AFB N.C.
I believe Malachowski had the first female bear.

As I stated above, Maj Flynn had a female bear back in 1999 in Kuwait. Her last name was Melfi. |

| Just curious - when did "bear" come back into the back seat? This term had been for the F-4G WSO? Was this term brought back by the WSO community or just something brought up by enthusiast? |

This may be a tie because even though Fox was BEFORE Allied Force both crews were probably in place at the same time.
I was lucky to do Fox with the Rams then Allied Force at Naples... |

| Isn't it awesome that we're discussing two crews? |
