Incredible, indeed...Spudman, A10s participated with only ~17% in all AG capable air assets solely from US' part of coalition.
On the ground, only USArmy fielded 2 full armored divisions, which roughly puts an Abrams platoon every 2 miles of the front and considering GW1 mandated a front depth of about 1-2 hours worth of tank drive, your argument about "fighting the war elsewhere", unfortunately isn't worth the effort to respond.
