As part of AEF 3/4 (Cycle 7) rotation (May - August 2008) the SD ANG deployed six Vipers along with another six from the NY ANG.
I have chosen to show 85-1448 from the SD ANG with dual-mounted GBU-12 and GBU-38s. The GBU-38s are with the DSU-33 fuses and are also mounted on BRU-57 VERs.
The kit is Hasegawa, as usual with decals from DACO / Astra, Eagle Strike and the various Hase-, Academy and Revell boxes.
The BRU-27 rack is from Modern Hobbies;

The GBU-38s are from Dr. Pepper;

The Litening pod is from Modern Hobbies and has been modified to resemble an AT VDL version

Enjoy,
Henrik. |

| Nice, this is one of the best models that I have seen. I would recommend this to anybody. That is closer to the real thing than any of the other models in the market. The pieces are formed and fit with an amazing amount of precision and this turned out to be a beautiful model. |
