Don't just "wing it" for your career, own it at Lockheed Martin!
You want to ‘make a difference’ with the work you do, and you enjoy using your hands and ultimately want to be responsible for ‘making planes fly.’ For your career, consider becoming part of the Lockheed Martin F35 Flight Test Operations teams in Edwards AFB, CA, and Patuxent River, MD. This program is growing and we have more work than people right now since the peak manufacturing production is coming up... expected to start between 2014 and 2016. So that in turn affects what happens when for the Test Program.
We are looking for professionals with the following experience (at least 2 years of one of the following):
Direct support in a mission control room/ telemetry room
Writing test plans and test cards
Conducting briefs before and after tests
Ground Ops
Flight Controls
Propulsion
Instrumentation
Radar
Electronic Warfare
Fuel Systems
Flying Qualities
CNI Comm Nav Ident
Fusion
If you are highly interested (or can refer someone who needs to know about this), upload your resume to our careers website, and and let me know when you do - to ensure communication from the specific sourcers on the F35 Recruiting Team.
Plus be sure you have uploaded your resume here: http://www.lockheedmartinjobs.com/Manag ... x?site=All
This recruiting effort will be going strong will about mid November when it get's quieter for the time of year it is... so get your resume in early! |

I would guess that a security clearance would be a problem.
Only one way to find out....
