It's too bad that some of our brave men and women can't be with us this holiday season. Instead of being home celebrating Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanza, or any other holiday, our troops are out protecting our right to have a holiday season, they protect my right to make this forum entry, and last but not least protect our nations. (AND THERE DOIN' ONE HELL OF A GOOD JOB DESPITE WHAT THE NIGHTLY NEWS HAS TO SAY!) Anyway, our fighting men and women will all be making a sacrifice these coming weeks and, I thank them. Some of them have already paid the ultimate sacrifice for doing what is right, and I am grateful.
God bless our troops.
God bless our military families.
Have a great holiday! Very Happy

The next time you write a letter-to-the-editor critical of some government policy and don't get imprisoned...thank a soldier.

The next time you attend services in the church, temple, mosque, or other setting of your choice...thank a soldier.

The next time you cast a vote for the candidate of your choice....thank a soldier.

And when you sit down with your loved ones for this year's Christmas dinner, or whatever holiday you see fit to celebrate...remember that members of our Armed Forces are at work here and abroad making sure you can keep doing it next year. Pray for them and their families who may not see them this Christmas season.

To modify a quote from Dickens: "God bless 'em...EVERY ONE!"

No kidding. I thought of this when I saw in the news a bunch of folks from Okinawa just deployed to the P.I. for disaster response help. Operation Deny Christmas, is in full effect.

Thanks to all services for doing all the hard work each and everyday away from home. Cool
