Greetings from St Louis,
I'm new to this forum and glad I found it. I've got a real F-16 A/B stick grip I want to install in my Experimental Vans Aircraft RV-4. I'm looking for the electrical connector that fits into the bottom of the stick. Or perhaps a wiring diagram of the pins so I can wire into my electrical/avionics systems. Also looking for the stem and threaded nut that attaches to the bottom. I can get by without the stem and nut but the electrical connector is really what I'm looking for. The part number is MS27467T15B35S

The stick grip mounts to the top of a force transducer assembly. See image below.
That assembly then mounts to the cockpit panel. Also, the actual wiring diagram in the tech order is considered technical data that isn't releasable to the public.
I've seen posts from other forum members who have built F-16 cockpit simulators. Maybe they'll post some helpful info for you.

| @oly148, how many hours do you have on the viper, and which block did you fly? You flew for ANG or USAF?...i dont think this kind of equipment is available off the shelf, |

| It might take a little time, but an ohm-meter will show which wires are connected to which switches, when the switches are activated. Anyone who can build an RV can handle that. |

I used to teach the WD's because that's where the 'trons live.
Self-test and built-in-test were advertised as catching 95% of all avionics faults. The translation of that is 95% of your time will be spent finding the remaining 5%.

| If I wanted to sell the stick how much would it be worth? It's not a simulator Thrustmaster but a real stick and I have the wiriing diagram to go with it. |
