You can get rides in a L-39s from a few reputable companies. The reputable companies don't do Air Combat Maneuvering (dogfighting) in the L-39, but its still a fun ride. Some companies offer dogfighting in prop trainers, still a lot of fun.
I would choose wisely as there a few less than reputable operations, and one was recently involved in a fatal crash of a L-39
