The recentlya nnounced F-16V is reported to incorporate a " new" data link that is compatible with the F-35 & F-22. What is it?

I don't think so as MADL requires 6 antenna. I hope so though.

Doesn't seem logical though as F-16V gains nothing by using a stealthy data link. |

The benefit would come from not giving the F-35's position away when communicating (2-way) with an F-35.

Don't you mean when communicating with an F-16V?

What I meant is that if a F-35 and a F-16V (if it had MADL) were sharing data (2-way) then the F-35 would not give it's position away.
