Is it true that pilot actually talk and breath like this video during combat flying or it is special effect?

No special effects in that video of air show demonstration flight training - all very real.

Demonstrates just what kind of a hot rod a clean CAT I A-model with half gas can be. Cool Crazy Pilot

And just an Off Topic note: It wasn't an MLU like the poster said it was. Notice the HUD camera location? Wink The fin root camera angle was kinda cool tho.
