Hi Norwegian Wolf,
Thanks for the info.
Stefaan is working very hard at this moment to get a beta serials database up and running for internal use (eg not for public). After all data is imported he will put it on-line so that everybody can visit it. At this time I'm updating the records in this serials database (excel) with new information as it is available. That's why I posted this item, to complete my database.
You have to interpret the above list as restrictive. That is the only information I need to complete the database 100%. All other information is available and imported in the database.
The only information on Norwegian Vipers I still need is a complete list of MLU updates. Up to know, I'm only aware of around (without knowing an exact number) 40 aircraft receiving the MLU. Norway has an order for 58 aircraft to receive it. Because all conversions on EPAF Vipers should be finished at the end of this year, data should become available on the complete list.
If you could gather this information, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
Ellebaut, thx for the link. I already incorporated the data of this website in the database.
Norwegian Wolf, update of my given numbers. As I checked I realised that I have already 51 MLU updates on Norwegian Vipers of a total of not 58 but 56 aircraft. Only 5 are missing to complete the database. I'm of course also interested in your article as Stefaan is. It can possibly provide me with updated info about the Norwegian w/o. This data will be imported in the database.
Ricardo, I already visited your website several times and will continue to do so in the future. I already put the Portuguese Atlantis II aircraft up as being converted to MLU status, even if they aren't all converted to MLU yet at this time. This post dates from before I had the last contact with you, so in fact I probably have about all the information on Portuguese Vipers in my database. Keep up the good work!
All data of the other requests in the first postage is of course still most welcome to make the serials database the most complete one available on the web.

Tcx Norwegian Wolf,
Your article was most interesting and provided me with additional data (specially crash sites) on Norwegian w/o.

Bjorn, the F/TF-16N miniblock info is buried in this page on my site:
http://www.habu2.net/vipers/viperblocks ... nlets.html
The first batch were 30A, 30B and 30C.
The second batch were 30C, 30D and 30E
Be forewarned, I converted an MSExcel spreadsheet into a table in a MSWord doc, then had MSWord output the HTML code. The resulting html file is over 26,000 lines long and 1.4MB in size. Talk about code bloat...

Oh, in case anyone is wondering, the purpose of the data on that page is to identify which Block 30 aircraft got which intake. The SerNos cover the production period when some Block 30s got NSI (small mouth inlets) and some got MCID (big mouth inlets). You can look on that page to confirm which inlet is correct for a specific tail number (great for scale modelers).

Greg,
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!...
for this information.
It is information which I was long searching for, but never been able to find.
If you have other information concerning the above list, please feel welcome to share it with me. It can only make the serials database more complete.
BTW: the serials database is due to come online very soon. Stefaan ans myself are working very hard on completing it. If I can manage to convert all data in the proper format this week, it will come online next weekend. Otherwise we have to postpone till half October, but you can be sure that by October 20th it will definetely be online.
