The ACLU is far too extreme... at least locally in the office, you cannot even have any christmas decorations... no tree, no santa, no nothing. It's rediculous...
There was an Eagle Scout, though, that was given an Ultimatum by BSA... he declared himself Athiest, but they threatened to kick him out if he didn't find a belief in something. They said "Mother Nature" as an example, would be acceptable. He said he wouldn't lie about a belief, because lying would make him a bad scout. Court sided with Boy Scouts... |
