Did I see the intake air dumps opening up on the top of the fuselage at 9:05?

I think so. I just looked at a top view of the F-22 for reference and it does appear that those were the air dumps.

Look at the Elevators and how deteched they are from each other.
One flips crazy and the other one is idle..

It must be the FCS giving correction input, while the pilot can focus on his display.
