True enough. Also, the neighborhood includes other Arab states like Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Though it may not be likely, one can never discount regime change e.g Iran under the Shah.
And while those countries aren't likely to attack Israel, Israel might have to fly through their airspace, were it to engage Iran. They may or may not respond, so that's another consideration.
