| I have been offered a job working Lantirn pods in Saudi. Can anyone give me any insight into this? |

| I would say forget it. I already know some people working there. The Alsalam site supervisor known as TJ doesn't really care about your needs and his HR dept is ALL Saudis who are very slow at getting your VISA, drivers license, medical card, and sometimes the paperwork is actually lost when it goes to Riyad. There are also pay problems, meaning some people have not been paid. You will also have to share a villa with British or another American. All the maintenance facilities are trashed and if you try to improve any of these areas it ends being your job and the Saudis will expect you to do it all the time. Most of the time they drink tea and BS and expect you to do ALL the work. I would look elsewhere for a job. |
