As the source was already given I wont repeat it, but the answer to your question is yes. Think about this though, an LPI capable radar made by the same company as the only other LPI radar was able to recognize an LPI transmission, determine the pattern, and jam it. Not saying that is what happened, but is it really that implausible? the -81 is a more advanced -77 with a smaller dish.

Another implication is what could this mean for the F-22? Will we now lose our edge over the rest of the world because our almighty F-22 can be jammed by something that's export friendly?
