2011-06-21, 1,000th F-35 Flight by AF-6,
2011-07-06, 1,000th SDD Flight by AF-2.
so some flights are not SDD flights.

in my opinion,
AA-1, AF1~4, BF1~5, CF1~3 are SDD jets, theri flights are SDD flights.
AF8~13, BF-6's flights are not SDD flights.

but AF-6/7's flights are SDD flights or not?

Some new flights added to the program, which are not SDD related, are the software maturation flights needed before training for Eglin AFB can begin. While these maturation flight are not SDD in nature, AF-6/7 have been assigned to the SDD fleet (and a new CF is being built) as part of the program restructuring.

The "First Two" production planes are wearing the EG tail flash and flying at Edwards and are probably flying in several programs. True, only SDD planned planes, no. When the SDD program is finished, these two a/c "could" fly at Eglin as trainers, thus the "EG". They are maturing the flight program, Block 1 and could be held at Edwards to fly and mature Blocks 2& 3, if necessary. As the Eglin maintenance and operations organizations mature, there could be a shift in the maturity flights to Florida.
