this seem kind of silly question but can F-16 win F-22 and F-35 in BVR

i just read this thead and it seem that F-16 carry 18 MALD-J (ITALDs) and Sniper-XR could be a dangerous enemy to even the famous F-22 
the situation is F-16 launch all the decoys and fly in formation with them  , and a F-22 (or F-35 ) is sent to intercept which side will likely to win  |

The f-16 couldn't see the f-22 in the first place. So he didn't know to launch the mald-j's and died before he knew the f-22 was there.  |
