No
. . The team already said there wont be any late gen aircraft. The candidates were F-14, F-15, F-16, f-18 Mirage 2000, tornado etc. That was 2 years ago. Meanwhile the editor already excluded all of these down to F-16 and F-18.
Pity that, there hasn't been a F-14 sim for the PC since what? Fleet Defender? I would love to able to sim a F-14 Tomcat on my PC again (and no Flight Simulator doesn't count)!
That said looking forward to "an american fighter long awaited by simmers worldwide."
The Editor is going the ultra-realism way, and they came across insurmountable obstacles to obtain the critical technical manuals. Same for Mirage and many others. |

I know there is a Harrier one coming out with a Falkland theater
That would be http://www.thunder-works.com/news.htm
And sprstdlyscottsmn I feel your pain! I very badly need to resurrect/upgrade one of my old desktops or just replace it with a newer model to run these sim's properly. I'd like to keep a Windows 98 system (hard drive partition?) to run some of the older simulators (such as the Janes series, for example Janes Israel Air Force) but that's another story! |

| Had a look - and BMS have performed nothing short of a miracle - DX9 graphics, 3D clickable pit with 6DOF TrackIR, works out of the box on Win 7 64 - people reporting how stable it is - lots of realism features added - a new FLARE terrain nearly complete - its pretty much a new sim...........I would have paid for this work! | I am expecting more GPU utilization to be honest, I wish BMS could do that. It still requires mostly CPU and disabling the CFX if you want to use Multisampling within the game settings. |

Yes it has, once FLARE comes out it will be that much better. The graphics were the main thing stopping me from flying Falcon/Open Falcon, but now I can, thanks to the BMS team. I'm behind the power curve, but I'm learning and it's a fun game to fly. The fact that this is a free game amazes me, it's easier $$. |
