If the hydralic start motor has a hydralic switch What is the purpose of the hydralic start delay Valve between the motor and accumilators ? Also is the inlet pressure to the delay valve 3000 Psi from the accumilators??
As far as I know the Hydraulic Start motor does not have a "Switch"
If I remember correctly, they delay valve dampens the hydraulic pressure to the start motor. With the inline delay valve (spring and piston) it allows the start motor to received fluid at a lower pressure; saving mechanical failures.
As for the pressure at the start motor; I believe the pressure would be less than 3000 psi once the fluid is released and then increased exponentially.
