Hi folks. I was curious what USAF Vipers are carrying for air to air and air to ground weaponry on a typical CAS mission over Afghanistan these days? I'm guessing GBU-12's are heavily used.

On a related note...if there is one area of the site I would like to see improved it would be more attention to loadout configurations with stores diagrams. There is an excellent website for the F-15E that does a great job illustrating the loadouts used on that particular aircraft in all of the recent conflicts the aircraft has been employed in. I would be thrilled to see something like this on f-16.net.

Very recent USAF loadout was 4 x GBU-54 (Laser JDAM) & 2x120s - just in case. 2x370gallon tanks and Sniper ATP too.

are you talkin fuuijin recent or did aviano switch to this load out. It was my understanding that gbu54s did not grow on trees. the 4th did not fly with this scu

Hello all,

A common config out there is also two GBU-12s on a TER and two GBU-38s ( sometimes with DSU-33s ) on a BRU-54.
