For anyone who has read my plan for the USAFA,I just want to know,
-Because I go to school in a country outside of the USA,will my academics be reviewed differently or will I have to calculate GPA and compete regardless of differences.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not quite sure but your best bet is to contact an academy liaison officer. Or you could talk to Delta, we also have a few others here that have actually gone to the academy. Best of luck |

| The Admissions Board at the Academy reviews your school and has correction factors that they use to adjust your GPA relative to the other applicants, so you wont get screwed coming from a more difficult school (or an overseas one). |

| sirsapo is right. And if you specific questions on this, your best bet is to contact the USAFA directly. I know of plenty of international cadets who have been there but I have no clue how their applications were handled. I can only speak as a US citizen who has gone through the process. |

| That's their main public website. For admissions related questions, go to http://academyadmissions.com/ |

Bear with me for a second,In Ireland we have two important exams; the less serious junior certificate and the very important leaving certificate. Each of these covers a three year syllabus in ten subjects (junior cert) and 7+ subjects for the leaving cert.My junior cert results come out some time in september. My big worry is the fact that we are not given percentages (i.e. 78%) instead we are only given A,B,C etc. This means that they cannot calculate GPA fairly in comparsion with other candidates.
