Hello and good morning/night where ever you come from.

Alright so i was wondering what several test switches do on the plane and when do you use them. (F-16)
Test switches like:
Probe heat, OXY QTY, EPU/GEN, and the switch with test&norm&maint selectors.

From the Avionics side of the house, the Probe Heat switch tests the probe heat circuitry and will flash the Probe Heat light on the caution panel to let you know it's operating. The Test/Norm/Maint switch is for FLCS power. The Maint position is the one that it stays in for ground operations IAW the 10JG. the Norm position is FLCS on, and the Test position checks the integrity of the FLCS branch power and will illuminate the 4 green lights right above it if all is well
