| The wing tanks will come off with the pylon and the centerline tank will come off without the pylon. |

| I think the early 370's had non-jettisonable fuel pylons. I'm not sure when the jettisonable fuel pylon came along. |

| Been around at least since the late 80s. On the OCU sims I worked on back then, I seem to recall that you could SEL JETT either the entire pylon/tank assembly or just the tank. EMER STORES JETT defaulted to the pylon. I think that's gotten carried thru to later blocks. |

| I know that in the RNLAF the Pylon (wing) tanks will always jettison with the pylon and the Centerline will only go without (ctl pylon can't be jettisoned) |
