and the egyptian army is very close to usa

Well now that Mubarak is out of office does this deal still stand? What I mean is... was the deal done under his regime or was the deal done with the military which currently has control of Egypt. OR will we have a similar situation as we did with the tomcat deal with Iran? Just throwing some questions out there, not sure as to the details of the deal and whether him stepping down sort of cancels the contract since he was in control of the military.
