Questions for the pilots here on F16.net. What are the most steady state +Gs you have pulled flying your plane and how long did you hold it for?
What are the most steady state +Gs you've pulled in a centrifuge?
How well have you coped with rapid onset +G forces as opposed to steady state +Gs?
This article from Air Force Magazine Oct. 1991 peaked my curiosity.

| Well, there was on History Channel's Dogfights, they said that an F-15 pulled 12 G's, whether or not how long it was, I doubt it was more than a few seconds. |

| I was at Randolph in the 90's when Maj Gen Kehoe was the 19AF/CC. I recall that a HUD video got showed at a safety meeting of when he was an F-15 pilot doing BFM over the Gulf of Mexico. In it, he gets disoriented, and then realizes he's inverted and heading for the water... FAST. He rolls upright, and puts the stick in his lap, pulling over 12G's. I recall he bottomed out <1500'. I'm sure that video is out on on the internet. |

I found a video with it.

It looks like the world is falling apart when he is pulling the high G's, it's extreme. |
