Does any one knows what is the temperatures at the back of an F-16 without A/B, and the change by distance from it?

| Go to http://www.0x4d.net/files/AF1/R11%20Segment%2011.pdf and let the pdf download. It takes awhile. Pages F-16.11 through .13 show the information you are looking for. The document is from 2006; but, I think that's the latest you'll find as newer versions are not available to the general public. |

You will notice Isha, that the type of engine directly impacts the exhaust temperatures/velocities/distances.
The F110-GE-100/-129 is in one chart, while the F100-PW-220 has another, and the F100-PW-229 is on a third. The PW-229 has the hottest/fastest exhaust of any of the engines.
