| When installed on F-16s, how are conformal fuel tanks integrated into the F-16 fuel system ? I suppose the left conformal tank is used by AL circuit & right tank by FR circuit but where are those plugged ? into the A1 & F1 or F2 ? |

| Can I take this in another direction? How difficult it is to remove a CFT? Obviously a crane must be used. Its my thinking that these are removed to complete phase inspections and when the gun system has to be removed for maintenance. |

yes you are correct
CFT removal requires around 8 manhours ..
So once they are on .. they typically stays on until phase servicing .. |
