When installed on F-16s, how are conformal fuel tanks integrated into the F-16 fuel system ? I suppose the left conformal tank is used by AL circuit & right tank by FR circuit but where are those plugged ? into the A1 & F1 or F2 ?

Can I take this in another direction? How difficult it is to remove a CFT? Obviously a crane must be used. Its my thinking that these are removed to complete phase inspections and when the gun system has to be removed for maintenance.

yes you are correct

CFT removal requires around 8 manhours ..
So once they are on .. they typically stays on until phase servicing ..
