Mmmmm....sorry. It's an EW pod of some kind. Prolly an AN/ALQ-167 threat simulator. Kinda looks like a Durandal from a distance but it has an intake scoop up front, a couple of gizmos on either side of the nose cone and the tail is rounded. The Navy has used 'em for a while. See images (from www.fas.org and the Goleta Air and Space Museum)

If you go to the below website you can find a couple of better pics of the pod in question. Once at the website about halfway down on the left side two pics of them mounted on a F/A-18. The decal on the front tip is that of a sheriff's badge with the head of Wyatt Earp.
